About Gregothy
Meet Gregothy - Your Loyal, Loving Brindle Shadow 🐾
Gregothy is a 6-year-old Staffy mix with a heart full of love and a nose for adventure. With his striking brindle coat and soulful eyes, this charming gentleman is searching for an inclusive, forever home where he can truly shine as the one-and-only canine companion.
Gregothy is a people dog through and through. He's looking for a family who wants a four-legged shadow-someone who doesn't just lounge on the couch with you but wants to be a part of your entire day. Whether you're hanging out in the yard, folding laundry, or just moving from room to room, Gregothy will be right there, wagging along and keeping you company.
While he adores human attention, Gregothy prefers to have it all to himself. That means he's best suited as the only dog in the home (and no cats, please!). He's happy to meet and greet with friendly canine friends whilst out on walks and adventures and would also love to share his love with older kids aged 10 and up-especially those who enjoy playing games, tossing toys, or offering up a tasty treat or two.
Don't be fooled by his laid-back charm-Gregothy is incredibly smart. If dogs could do Sudoku, he'd already be a world champion. When he's not shadowing your every move, he's content solving treat puzzles, working on a Kong, or chewing happily on a bone to keep his busy brain engaged.
Gregothy is more than just a pet-he's a companion, a confidant, and your biggest cheerleader. All he asks for is a home where he's included, loved, and treated like part of the family. In return, he'll give you unwavering loyalty, daily laughter, and a whole lot of heart.
Ready to make Gregothy part of your life? He's waiting with paws crossed and tail wagging.

Adoption details
BARC adoption officers will work with you to help you find a dog or cat that matches your needs, they will discuss things like yard fencing, exercise requirements, other pets and family members, lifestyle factors, and breed experience. To help make this as quick and easy as possible, we ask you complete and adoption questionnaire (located on our website, or you can complete on when you visit). This helps ensure that we are introducing you to the most suitable animals we have available.
We encourage all members of the household to attend a meet and greet with a pet prior to adopting an animal. If the animal being adopted is a dog, we will also require existing dogs in the household to attend the shelter as part of the meet and greet.
Holds can not be placed on animals over the phone, and can only be applied at the discretion of management.
