Mia is a gentle, easy-going and undemanding girl who adores her people. Once she knows you're hers, she’ll follow you around, curl up next to you at bedtime, and purr just being close. She also loves being brushed, it’s her favourite thing (well, maybe second to you), which makes it easy to look after her silky and soft medium coat.
Mia might be a little shy when she first arrives, but give her a few days and she’ll show you just how sweet and affectionate she really is. Once she feels safe, Mia turns into a loving, loyal companion who’ll headbutt you for cuddles and happily relax into your arms like she’s always belonged there.
Mia would suit a home with a calm and friendly cat or kitten. She’s not a fan of dominant, demanding or high-energy cats though, so she’s best either as a solo cat or with a gentle feline friend. She has met dogs and with right introductions, would learn to share a home with a calm, older dog who will give her space.
Her ideal adoptive home is a quiet, adult home (or with older teens), where she can relax, feel safe and love her people. Mia is strictly indoor-only and loves a peaceful spot where she can unwind.

Medical notes
Mia previously had a femoral head ostectomy, due to a birth deformity and will require a second femoral head ostectomy on her other hind leg (Which will be arranged by the rescue)
Adoption details
Please email us at adoptions@heartandsoulrescue.com.au if you are interested in adopting one of our precious souls, and we will email you our Adoption Application Form.
Once we have received your completed form, we will then contact you to discuss suitability. If we feel one of our cats or kittens will be suited to you, we will arrange a home visit or ask for a short walk-through video of your home. If all goes well, we will give you a *trial period of 2 weeks to see if our cat or kitten is the right one for you 💕 *Conditions apply - We reserve the right to reject a full refund if recommendations & requests regarding your new cat/kitten have not been adhered to
