About Dwayne
Dwayne is a 5½-year-old ginger charmer with a whole lot of love to give and just the right amount of sass to keep things interesting. He’s recently retired from life in a research facility and is now on the lookout for a home that can match his affection, his quirks, and his big ginger personality.
Cuddles? He’s all in – especially if they involve chin and butt scratches. Lap? Claimed. Bed? Only if he can sleep squarely between your legs. Dwayne knows what he wants, and what he wants is you (preferably stationary, and ready to adore him).
He’s a curious explorer who’ll affectionately rub himself against you, vocally remind you when dinner is late (dry biscuits for breakfast, wet food for dinner – don’t forget the biscuits!), and make himself right at home in a cardboard box with a cushion. Bonus points if it's near a sunny window.
Dwayne’s not one for long cuddle holds – he’s more of a “put me down, I have important loafing to do” kind of guy. But he’s happy to be picked up and repositioned, especially if it means better access to treats or attention.
He’s affectionate, funny, chatty, and will keep you smiling for many years to come. If you're looking for a cat who’s both sweet and spirited, Dwayne might just be your perfect match.
