About Buzz - 6 Month Old Domestic Shorthair
Meet the truly special Buzz!
Buzz was not in good condition when he was found dumped at a local vet. However, with the love and kindness of his carer, he has blossomed into an affectionate boy who loves cuddles and affection.
The couch no longer belongs to you, as Buzz will immediately join you so you can lavish pats and hugs on him.
Buzz is reminiscent of a black panther with his beautiful dark coat, and a purr that rivals any of the bigger cats!
Buzz likes to pretend his shy to start off with, and will take a little bit of time to warm up. He is worth the wait however, as you will end up with the snuggliest little furry friend in town.
Buzz is dog friendly and of course loves his people very much. He would suit any family.
Buzz had cat flu when he was a kitten. Although he has recovered, it is best that he live in a home as an only cat, or be adopted with one or both of his siblings, Minch and Sabeen.
Buzz is in foster care in Newcastle, NSW. His adoption fee is $50, and he is desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, and treated for fleas and worms.

We’re so excited you’re considering giving a rescue cat a loving home! Here’s our step-by-step adoption process:
1️⃣ Fill Out Our Adoption Questionnaire
Start by completing our online questionnaire here:

2️⃣ Home Check
If your application is approved, we’ll arrange a quick home check to ensure a safe and suitable environment for your future pet.
3️⃣ Meet & Greet
Once the home check is complete, you’ll get to meet your potential new family member—usually at the foster carer’s home.
4️⃣ Final Steps: Adoption & Trial Period
If it’s a perfect match, you’ll complete the adoption, make the payment, and start your two-week trial period to ensure the best fit for everyone!
