Hi! I'm Prada and I'm looking for a new family to call my own.

NOTE: You are unable to meet Prada until/unless you have been notified that you are a successful applicant. An adoption cannot be approved unless you are able to come to the shelter to meet Prada in person and bring any dogs you currently have with you.


What I need in my new home:
• Daily walks, trips to the park or beach, playtime in the backyard
• Further training with basic doggie manners
• I love other dogs but I get jealous in a home so I will need to be an only dog but would love to socialize lots with them outside of my home
• To be allowed inside with my family not left outside 24/7 with no interaction
• Secure Fencing
• Lots of toys and mental stimulation
• A diet of good quality dry food to help keep my teeth clean
• Lots of love and attention
• No young children as I don't realise my size/Weight and can be too excitable around them but I would be fine with older kids.
• No cats, I am super super scared of them
• No small animals as I may find them fun to chase


My best features:
• Very playful
• Wiggle butt
• Highly food motivated
• I can sit, shake hands & lay down
• I love attention and having snuggles with my humans
• Happy to hang out with other friendly dogs outside of my home
• Social butterfly
• I LOVE toys, playing fetch and a game of tug-o-war
• Love to snooze on the couch
• Exuberant & full of beans
• Housetrained and used to being allowed inside

Where I need to improve / Training required
• I love my food & toys so using them as a positive reward should make my training easier.
• I can be strong on the lead - training and walking me in a halti or harness may stop this
• When left alone I do cry/whine for roughly 10 minutes and then I settle and take myself to bed so being with someone who is home more often than not will be beneficial for me as well as leaving me with kongs ect. to keep me busy when your not home.
• I am an excitable girl and can be a bit jumpy.
