About Baxter Biggles
Meet Biggles – the sweetest sidekick you could ask for!
Biggles (originally we named him Dillon but his fosterer said he much prefers Biggles) is a young mixed breed (a classic “Pilbara Special”) with a heart as big as his ears—and trust us, they’re impressive. "Satellite" was suggested when we asked for name suggestions :)
You couldn’t wish for a more good-natured dog. He’s incredibly sweet, affectionate, and eager to please. Wonderfully social with both dogs and people, he would thrive in an active home—ideally with another playful pup or humans who love the outdoors and a bit of adventure. He’s high energy when it’s time to play, but once he’s had his fun, he settles beautifully and loves curling up for a snuggle.
Biggles is house trained, sleeps soundly through the night, and has amazing recall—he often checks in just to say hello with a gentle nudge of his nose. Despite living near a tempting pond, he’s shown no interest in diving in, and he's been perfectly respectful indoors, with no shoe-chewing or furniture damage. He can be a bit barky when a car pulls up at home, but it’s brief and easily managed. While he's untested with cats, his temperament suggests he could adapt well with proper introductions.
We believe Biggles needs a home with an existing dog, as well as owners willing to exercise the dogs off lead, on a daily basis. If you meet both of these requirements, and are looking for a cheerful, affectionate, and all-around delightful companion—with ears big enough to catch passing satellites—Biggles might just be your perfect match.
