About Stumpy
Meet Stumpy! Stumpy is a beautiful ginger and white kitten with a loveable personality! He has a super cute little meow that he uses to ask for more pats, cuddles and to tell you how much he loves you! Stumpy had a bit of a rough start to life, his tail got hurt badly when he was only one week old. Luckily, a member of the public found him and got him the vet care he needed. Stumpy lost the end of his tail, but it’s all healed up now, he just has a shorter tail than other kitties. Stumpy’s foster family bottle fed him and nursed him back to full health. Stumpy has been in a home with other kittens, adult cats and a dog, he loves to play with all of them! He is the sweetest kitty you could ever meet, so if you’re after a fun-loving new best friend, Stumpy is your guy! Stumpy will need to remain indoors to keep him safe from outside dangers. If you would like to meet Stumpy, he will be attending our Adoption Weekend June 7th, 8th & 9th (Long Weekend) at PETstock Tuggerah!

Adoption details
- You contact us to obtain an adoption application and discuss the animal of interest.
Once the application is completed and returned it will be assessed for suitability. We will also ask for rental agreements or rates and photos of your home. Please also include photos of your fencing .
- A meet and greet with the dog and all members of the adopting family and current dogs are arranged where possible.
This usually coincides with a yard check, to ensure the safety and security of the property on which the dog will be kept. - we understand that this is not always possible in interstate adoptions and this will be discussed on your initial contact.
- Payment of the adoption fee is made in one full payment. The dog is then handed over with any belongings, and all relevant paperwork and records. Please note we do have contracts in place that must be signed.
- Once the 14 day 'settling in' period has ended, the change of ownership microchip details are submitted to council and the adoption is officially finalised.
- For interstate adoptions- The adoptor must have a meet and greet with the animal they are adopting. We will not send an animal over without a meet. All transport costs including flights, will need to be paid in full by the adoptor.
- For cats, all adoptions take place at PETstock Tuggerah unless the profile states otherwise.
