This handsome little gentleman is one of the sweetest and most loving kitty cats that you will ever meet.

Little Lex is sweet, cuddly, affectionate and so damn adorable it's not even fair. He absolutely adores people, is always in the mood for a pat and a cuddle and always wants to be part of what you're doing.

Sadly Lex was on a list of cats due to be put down at a shelter but luckily, thanks to some amazing people, we were able to get him out of there and he's now living the good life with his new foster family.

As a young fella Lex is very curious, super cheeky and full of energy. He loves to play, loves to explore and has a personality that you cannot help but fall in love with.

He's also quite confident and very social so it took him very little time to settle into his new foster home and make friends with the other cats. Before long they were playing together, sleeping together and he's only getting more comfortable with every moment that passes.

Being a young man Lex is high energy and would be best suited to a multi-cat household with a cat around his age that he can play with.

However once he runs out of steam he becomes a very sweet and loving little gentleman who just wants to hang out, have cuddles and watch the world go by.

Lex likes to be around people and will always want to be a part of what you are doing.

He loves a pat and a scratch but isn't sure about being picked up and cuddled just yet. It's still early days so we're sure that will come with time.

He also has a very cute little meow.

Lex is approximately 6 months old and has been desexed, microchipped, vaccinated and is available for adoption right meow.

A little about us:

Urban Feline Australia is a newly established cat rescue service, run by one passionate individual with the help of friends and volunteers, that is dedicated to keeping cats out of kill shelters and helping them find loving forever homes. We specialize in helping "surrenders" which are cats that have lived with humans previously but for one reason or another their owners are unfortunately no longer able to look after them. We take your pets into our amazing cat sanctuary where they're treated with love and affection until the right forever home is found for them.

Urban Feline Australia is not a large company with government resources, a large facility and a lot of staff. Our tiny rescue is a one man operation run from the safety of our own home. We do this for the love of animals and our only agenda is to save as many cats as we can. We rely heavily on cooperation from friends, other rescues, our amazing foster carers and the kindness of strangers to survive. Every cent we receive from donations and adoption fees is used to keep our rescue running and cover the cost of food, water, litter, equipment and vet bills for the animals in our care.

We are doing as much as we can right now but our dream is to one day be able to purchase a larger property or facility that would allow us to be able to save the lives of many more cats in need. Perhaps even open a cat cafe so that we can spread our message to a wider audience.
