Despite his working dog genes, Sid is surprisingly laid-back. He’s happiest lounging near his people, soaking up cuddles, and making you laugh with his goofy personality. He lives for food, loves to please, and will enthusiastically try every trick in the book to figure out what you’re asking—until he nails it with that proud sparkle in his eye.

A note on Sid’s leg:

Sid has had multiple surgeries to repair a badly broken leg. While the leg healed in a deformed position and he doesn’t bear much weight on it, it still plays an important role in his balance and mobility. The orthopaedic surgeon who treated him has advised that, for his overall body health, it's best the leg remains. Even though he doesn’t use it much, it helps take pressure off his other limbs and reduces the risk of future joint issues.
