Maverick

Maverick is a sweet and loving 5-month-old kitten who has come such a long way in his short life.

🌿 Born on the streets, he was the only survivor of his litter. When he first arrived 2 months ago, he was so scared. He has never had a mean bone in his body - Has never tried to bite or scratch, but he would run, hide, or hiss out of fear.

💛 Unlike some other kittens, Maverick took a little longer to trust us. But with the help of our beautiful Mater, he started to come out of his shell. Later, we introduced him to Lily and her kittens, and that’s when we saw an incredible transformation! Now, he comes running up to me, purring and rubbing against me, begging for cuddles. He’s still cautious with new people, but once he warms up, he is the most affectionate boy.

🐱 Maverick gets along wonderfully with other cats and has even helped shy kittens gain confidence. We recently welcomed his 5 brothers (From a younger litter), and he loves to cuddle upto them, and clean them 🥰
He has been great with our dogs and would do fine in a home with kids if they are calm and gentle with him.

Unfortunately, Recently Maverick had caught cat flu (Only mild), and was put on antibiotics. He quickly recovered and hasn't shown any symptoms since. Due to previously having cat flu, Maverick needs to go to a home without any current cats to prevent it from spreading.
However, Due to his shy nature, We believe that he should be adopted with one of our other rescue kitties that he is currently paired with, To help him adjust in his new home.

Maverick has been Desexed, Vaccinated, Microchipped, and is Up to date with flea, tick, and worm prevention
