About Teela
Meet Teela, an adorable and spirited young pup! At just 18 weeks old, this Jack Russell x Foxy mix has already proven to be a star student, having passed puppy preschool with flying colours! Her intelligence and her keen eagerness to learn make training a joyful and rewarding experience. Teela already knows commands like sit and drop and walks beautifully on a lead. She's food-motivated, which makes her an enthusiastic learner for new tricks and behaviours.
Teela is also crate trained, ensuring she has a comfortable and secure spot to relax, whether for a good night's sleep or when her foster parents step out. This eager little pup would love to be a part of a family that enjoys including her in daily activities. Whether you're playing in the yard or settling down for a cozy evening at home, Teela is the perfect companion. She gets along wonderfully with other dogs, making her an ideal addition to families with pets.
Her playful and friendly nature makes her especially suited for a home with kids, and she'll fit right in; she has a particular knack for bringing smiles to everyone's face with her puppy antics. If you're looking for a loving and curious pup who's ready to join a family where she can grow, learn, and share her boundless affection, Teela is a perfect choice!

Adoption details
ADOPTION PROCESS:
1. An Adoption enquiry should be made via
https://form.jotform.com/shellys.place.rescue/adoption-enquiry
2. Once your application has been received, one of our volunteers will contact you for a phone interview. This is to determine whether one of our cats or kittens will be a good fit for your home. We all want long-term success in placing rescue animals, so finding the best fit for the animal AND the family is very important.
3. 'Meet & Greet' with the animal and their carer will then take place if the application is approved.
4. A property check will take place via a video. Once this has been successfully completed, adoption paperwork finalised and the adoption donation processed, the pet can be collected from foster care.
5. A 14 day settling-in period commences once the animal has been collected from foster care.
6. Adoption is finalised after 14 days. Paperwork/records will be included in an adoption pack.
7. All animals will be rehomed desexed, 1st vaccinated, microchipped and treated monthly for fleas and intestinal worms. Once the adoption is finalised, the new owners are responsible for all vaccinations and preventative treatments.
As we are run entirely of volunteers we endeavour to respond to your enquiry as soon as we can. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to hold any animals. Please only apply if you are ready to adopt now.
