Named after a medieval prince of noble blood, Oleg the Wise is every bit as charming, clever, and charismatic as his namesake.
At just 12 months old, this dashing young noble is ready to conquer not kingdoms, but hearts.
With his expressive eyes and princely poise, Oleg is a confident companion who loves being the center of attention. He enjoys spending time with humans, especially those aged 6 and up who understand the honor of living with royalty. He's also open to co-ruling with a friendly canine companion-just know he will expect a little playful loyalty in return.
Oleg is smart, spirited, and would thrive in a home that can give him love, structure, and plenty of enrichment. Whether he's surveying his domain from the couch or enjoying a noble stroll around the neighborhood, Oleg is always ready for his next adventure.

Adoption details
BARC adoption officers will work with you to help you find a dog or cat that matches your needs, they will discuss things like yard fencing, exercise requirements, other pets and family members, lifestyle factors, and breed experience. To help make this as quick and easy as possible, we ask you complete and adoption questionnaire (located on our website, or you can complete on when you visit). This helps ensure that we are introducing you to the most suitable animals we have available.
We encourage all members of the household to attend a meet and greet with a pet prior to adopting an animal. If the animal being adopted is a dog, we will also require existing dogs in the household to attend the shelter as part of the meet and greet.
Holds can not be placed on animals over the phone, and can only be applied at the discretion of management.
