Pandora

Pandora, nicknamed Pandy is a joyful, gentle giant who brings a smile wherever she goes. A playful spirit at heart, she loves a good game of backyard chasy—just don’t expect it to last too long. After a few laps, she’s ready to collapse in the sunshine for one of her signature snoozes.
Pandora is a Leopard Catahoula x either Dane or Mastiff breed and she is definitely going to be a big girl at full growth. She's chunky, she's solid and shes STUNNING !
This sun-loving cuddlebug gets along beautifully with her foster sister and welcomes affection from absolutely anyone. Whether it’s a pat, a belly rub, or a full-on snuggle session, Pandy is always up for love.
Favourite Things
Pandy is a big, happy pup who loves simple joys—playing chasey, soaking up sun, and cuddling with her humans. Pandy loves racing around the backyard in short, enthusiastic sprints. After a good run, she’s quick to flop down for a well-earned rest. It’s her favourite way to burn off energy before settling into her mellow side.
A true sun-chaser, Pandy will always find the warmest patch to stretch out and snooze. Whether inside by a window or outside in the yard, this girl loves her sun-soaked naps.
Interactions with Other Animals
Pandy is great with other dogs. She’s friendly and curious, but not overbearing—happy to say hello, observe, and engage on her own terms. She lives peacefully with her foster sister and would do well in a home with another calm or playful dog.
Human Interactions
She absolutely loves people—kids and adults alike. Pandy is affectionate, gentle, and loves attention. She can be a bit jumpy when she gets excited, but she’s learning quickly and responds well to redirection. She's eager to please and thrives with gentle guidance We feel Pandora is better suited to mature children as she can be mouthy when over excited .
Obedience
Pandy is doing great with her basic training. She’s learning to sit and stay and walks well on a lead. Like most young dogs, she can get a bit bouncy when excited, but it’s all normal puppy behaviour and she's making solid progress every day. Her sweet temperament and trainability make her a dream for someone ready to continue her learning journey.
Hygiene / Toileting
Pandy is mostly toilet trained and doing really well. She may have the occasional accident if not taken out in time, but she’s nearly there. Her coat is short, sleek, and beautifully leopard-patterned—low maintenance and easy to care for.
Sleeping
Oh, does Pandy love her sleep! It's one of her absolute favourite things. She happily curls up in her crate at night and sleeps soundly—not a peep until morning. She's a great sleeper and thrives on her beauty rest.
Setting her up for success ( Adoption Criteria)
To set her up for success we feel the most sutavble home is as follows
A home with a medium to larger size backyard with grass, shelter, and secure fencing
A home with or without children, they must be dog savvy children who are mature who can handle themselves around larger breed dogs and pups
If there is a dog in residence it must be Male who is well socialised and tolerant of young dog playful antics . Pandy is not a high energy pup who wants to play all day so if another dog is in the home we are seeking one with a balanced energy and of a medium to larger size
A home who will allow her inside when they are home and for sleeping
A home that has the time and skills to continue her training and keep her well stimulated and exercised throughout her entire life. Please note we do not feel that an off leash busy dog park encourages great experiences for all dogs on all occasions.
