About Willow
Meet Willow - The Little Cat with a Big Heart (and No Tail!)
Hi there! My name is Willow, and I'm an adorable little cutie with a whole lot of love to give. I'm a total lap cat who lives for hugs, snuggles, and being the centre of attention. I also come with just the right sprinkle of cattitude to keep life interesting!
My story? I was found sneaking into a warehouse, where I may or may not have terrorised the office staff (I swear I was just trying to help with admin!). Thankfully, my amazing foster mum came to the rescue and gave me all the love and care I needed.
After a check-up with the vet and some chats with AWL and foster mum, it was decided that my tail had to go - it just wasn't in great shape. But don't worry - I've healed beautifully, and honestly, I rock the no-tail look!
Now, I'm ready to find my forever home - could it be with you?
If you'd like to adopt me, please complete the online application under my profile on the AWL NSW website. If your application is successful, one of our volunteers will be in touch to organise a meet & greet.
I'm currently in foster care in South Western Sydney, waiting patiently for my perfect match.
Adoption details
STUFF YOU NEED TO KNOW: I will come desexed, vaccinated (1st F3) and microchipped and will have up to date worm and flea treatments.
ADOPTING ME: You must be able to provide me with a loving long term and safe home. I would be fine in an apartment as long as I didn't have free run of the balcony if it wasn't fully enclosed. Please ensure your house or apartment can contain a cat inside (ie fly screens etc).
Please remember that I have thought seriously about taking you on and when you take me home, I am committing to you for life. So, I hope you have thought seriously about this and are likewise planning on committing to me.
ABOUT YOU: Given you know all about me, my foster parents would like to know something about who my new parents are going to be. They have rescued me and have given me a lot of care and love. I know they love me and therefore want the best for me.
ABOUT US: AWL Western Suburbs branch wants to promote adoptions of cats from our foster carers & pounds. If you would like to help us, please feel free to contact us and find out how you may assist, including being a foster parent.
All adoptions will require a Pre-adoption application form completed and returned prior to a meet & greet with our cats. Please note that several people may be applying for the same cat so we need time to review all applicants. We do not re-home to the first to apply, we re-home to who best suits the needs of the cat or kitten. All applications will be considered individually and approval will be at the discretion of the AWL NSW Branch Representative, with their decision being final.
