Pickle

Hi there everyone! My name is Pickle and coincidentally I am also in a bit of a pickle.

You see, I am on the lookout for some kind and loving humans who are currently missing this essential ingredient in their home (or pantry, as it were). Actually, who am I kidding… is there anyone who doesn’t love pickles? If you are one of the few in the latter camp, you clearly haven’t met me!

Let me tell you a bit about myself:

I am the sweetest and most affectionate chap who just loves loves loves people! I seek them out for leans, pats and ear scritches at every opportunity and absolutely lap up the attention showered on me. I have quickly become a firm favourite of the volunteers who look after me as I make them all feel like celebrities with my happy greetings.

Overall I’m a pretty chilled guy with so much love to give. I enjoy my walks with the lovely vollies, and also just as content just hanging out with the humans in the sensory gardens and playing with my toys.

I love meeting new canine friends and I don't mind whether they're big or small, as long as we take initial introductions slowly while I’m learning how to navigate pet life.

Our matchmakers go to greyt lengths to match each hound with the right family to make sure everyone's happy, and you'll become part of a wonderful rescue community with lots of support along the way!

All hounds are desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea and worm treated, and heartworm tested/treated. The adoption fee also includes our New Adopter Kit - collar, leash, muzzle and loads of other goodies to help you get your new hound settled into the family.
