⚠️Dog name is an alias to protect the privacy of the current family during this difficult time🙏

Unfortunately due her fear of living in high rise apartment , her human has decided it isn't fair for BEAUTY to be forced to live there . What used to be a happy content dog, since moving into this high rise apartment BEAUTY is petrified and anxious , particularly the balcony area.
As temporary short term solution Vet has had to give her calming tablets While we help BEAUTY find her next home 🙏

❤️Temperament♥️
Beauty is a sweet loveable girl who is looking for a couch to snuggle up on in the cold winter months. She is a typical greyhound who will happily go for a walk or zoom, but will then spend the next 23 hours recharging her batteries.

🐶Good with other well behaved dogs: Beauty gets along well with other well behaved dogs and has previously lived with a small dog.

🧒Kids: Very tolerant of dog savy kids of all ages, she doesn't take long to warm up to new people no matter their age *as long as they are dog savy*

✅️MUST BE INDOOR with access to outdoor for toilet
Greyhound is very sensitive breed . They are sensitive to cold weather. We are seeking a retirement home for BEAUTY where she will be a part of the family , indoor , enjoying the company of her human ❤️ ♥️

Being a senior dog BEAUTY is looking for a home where she will be well cared for throughout her senior years , incld joints management and other senior health areas.

❌️Cats: NOT cat friendly
❌️NO other small animals

💙Energy level: low to moderate, loves her zoomies in the park or on the beach but the zoomies don't last for long at all. She is very content with one walk a day then lots of cuddle time with her human.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Training level: knows basic commands and walks very well on lead. she won't be jumping up on you or causing mischief, even if you may have to remind her what 'sit' means

Personality: Beauty is a very resilient, adaptable girl. Her home life has gone through some big changes over the past 4 years and she has coped incredibly well.
🏠🏡A home with a bit of grass area , secure fence and enough space for BEAUTY to do small zoomies will be awesome 👌

She is ok being left alone at home. NO separation anxiety. BUT one of her fav time is a trip in the car and would be thrilled to join you on adventures, be it to the beach, the bush or a cafe.🥰😀

DIET:🍲Beauty is pretty fuss-free with food, she will not devour her meals but is more of a grazer. She is currently on sardines and dry food.
NO Food Allergies.

Beauty has a bit of anxiety, in particular with things that make unexpected noises. Quite common with Greyhound all she needs is an understanding patient human to understand her limitations.
She is not the bravest girl out there!
