About Squeak rsuk006062
Meet Squeak, a stunning dark grey tabby with mesmerizing green eyes that will capture your heart. Squeak is an independent spirit with a delicate balance of timidity and charm. Though she's shy, her quiet elegance speaks volumes, and all she asks is for some time and space to adjust to new surroundings.
Squeak is self-sufficient and happy to keep herself entertained. She enjoys observing the world from the highest perch she can find, and a tall scratching post is her go-to. While she holds an appreciation for solitude, she occasionally enjoys the company of like-minded companions. You'll find her contentedly sitting beside you on the couch, offering her serene presence and occasionally seeking gentle companionship.
When it comes to her furry friends, Squeak may be open to sharing her space with a feline-friendly canine or two, but she prefers a tranquil household without the hustle and bustle that children bring. She's drawn to the company of women and tends to form strong bonds once she's comfortable. While she values her independence and is not fond of being overwhelmed with love, she rewards patience and understanding with moments of quiet loyalty.
Squeak is seeking a home where she can blossom at her own pace amidst a calm and serene environment. If you're looking for a graceful companion to share your peaceful moments with, Squeak could be the perfect addition to your home.

Adoption details
Simply note the ID number and the cats name and visit our hostel at 200 Elder Street in Greensborough. Alternatively you can call the hostel on 8457 6500. We are currently open Mon-Fri 10am-4pm / Sat-Sun 10am-3pm.
You should bring proof of your current address and preferably photo identification such as your driving license. You can only adopt a cat for yourself we do not allow animals to leave with third parties. If you are wishing to adopt a cat as a present for someone, bring them with you as cats are individuals and bond with different people in different ways, the cat you may choose, may not choose your friend! It is also important to allocate time for adoption and we recommend you allow at least a couple of hours to get to know the cat and do the necessary paperwork.
When you visit you will get to meet the cat and as this is a very important decision for both you and the cat you choose we will want to ensure the two of you are compatible and that you understand what will be involved in taking the cat into your home.
We will want to be satisfied that you are prepared to be a responsible pet owner. Responsible pet owners at the most basic level, have their pets registered, micro-chipped and de-sexed unless they are registered breeders. They also understand the issues involved in being able to properly care and take responsibility for the welfare of their pets. Most Councils in Victoria have limits on the numbers of cats you may own without a permit. It is important to check with your Council if you already own the limit and obtain a permit for the extra cat before adoption. We will require to see your permit.
We will answer any questions you have regarding cat care and help you to obtain any support you may need.
