Alfie - 5 Month Old Pomeranian X Chihuahua

Meet the adorable and cheeky Alfie! This little fluffball is full of personality and bursting with playful puppy energy. At just 5 months old and weighing only 3kg, Alfie is the perfect pint-sized companion ready to steal your heart.

Alfie is a bright and affectionate pup who loves cuddles and being part of the action. Whether that’s playing fetch in the yard, cuddling on the couch or snoozing nearby while you work.

Alfie is crate trained at night and sleeps soundly in his foster mum’s bedroom. He is well on his way with toilet training (though he still needs a little guidance to fully master it). He is still learning the ropes on general house manners and needs a patient and committed family to continue his training.

Alfie enjoys the company of other small dogs and would do well with a doggy sibling, but he’s also happy as a solo pup—as long as someone is home most of the time to keep him company. Alfie needs to be welcomed in as part of the family and will need to be allowed indoors as he wants to be close to the humans he loves.

He’s a great match for a home with older kids (10+), and with a secure yard where he can explore, play, and burn off some of that happy puppy energy!

Alfie is ready to find a forever home where he’ll be loved, played with, and spoiled like he deserves.

Alfie's adoption fee is $1300 which includes his desexing by 6 months old. It also includes his first two vaccinations. He has been treated for fleas and worms and is microchipped.

Alfie is in foster care in Nelson Bay, NSW. Since he is not yet desexed, he is only available for adoption to the Lower Hunter region (Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Port Stephens, Maitland and Cessnock) plus Central Coast and Sydney. He'll need to be returned to one of our approved vets for desexing by 6 months old.
