About Django
Meet Django, a 6 month old Border Collie x Aussie Shepherd. Handsome, smart and full of energy, Django is looking for an experienced working breed home with the time and space to give his active mind and body the challenge he needs.
He is food obsessed and eager to please, so is a delight to train. He is toilet trained, crate trained and travels great in the car. Django is great at his basic commands and is progressing well with his loose lead walking, but will need a home committed to his ongoing training while he learns to contain his youthful excitement when meeting new friends and being out in distracting environments.
He’s a friendly and social boy who gets along well with other dogs. He’d love a doggy sibling with similar energy levels, but would also be fine as an only dog as long as his people are home more often than not, and he’s getting plenty of exercise.
He hasn’t shown much interest in fetch, but is happy to run around and join in the fun if playing with doggy pals who do. He does love to keep busy with a puzzle or chew toy (especially if there is food involved!) Django has not been tested with livestock or cats. He has lived in home with children and has been great with kids he’s met while in foster care.
If you are looking for a smart, handsome and affectionate goofball to join your family, Django is your boy!
Django is located in VIC.

Adoption details
To apply to adopt a dog from Dogs4Jobs, you must firstly complete our adoptions application form in full at http://dogs4jobs.com.au/adoption-form/.
You can also write out your answers and email them to dogs@dogs4jobs.com.au
*Please note, due to the high volume of applications received, we will not respond to Petrescue chat messages, or enquiries to adopt a dog. You must complete our adoptions form to be considered for the dog or pup, and we will respond to this form via our email.
We will then request to complete a yard check, or for you to send in photos of your yard showing the fencing, space, shelter and any hazards etc, to confirm it is safe and secure, as well as adequate space for a working breed dog.
Following this, we will then put you in touch with the dog/s foster carer/s that you are interested in, to chat further over the phone, about whether the dog is a good fit for your family, and vice versa. We are searching for the perfect match for each dog and their needs. We offer interstate adoption on all of our dogs.
