About Zero
If you're after a loyal sidekick who’s full of love and ready to be your shadow, meet Zero. This 5 and a half year old Kelpie is an absolute heart-melter — the kind of dog that makes you go: how did I ever live without him?
Zero is emotionally in tune, toilet trained, and thrives on routine. He’ll happily follow you around, check in with soft eye contact, and be your biggest fan. He knows all the basics — sit, lie down, shake, quiet, on your bed — and is eager to learn more.
He’ll bark when unsure but settles quickly with reassurance. He’s great with older kids, other polite dogs (even small ones), cats, and chickens — but would also be perfectly happy as a solo dog, soaking up all the love.
Zero is best suited to a busy home where he’s not necessarily left alone all day — ideally, someone with an active lifestyle or a place he can tag along to. He doesn’t need a big yard, just a secure outdoor area for a bit of play and toileting. What he really wants is to be part of your day, and he’ll happily nap while you’re out, holding the fort until you return.
If you’re looking for a best mate with a big heart, Zero is ready to be your hero.

Adoption details
To apply to adopt a dog from Dogs4Jobs, you must firstly complete our adoptions application form in full at http://dogs4jobs.com.au/adoption-form/.
You can also write out your answers and email them to dogs@dogs4jobs.com.au
*Please note, due to the high volume of applications received, we will not respond to Petrescue chat messages, or enquiries to adopt a dog. You must complete our adoptions form to be considered for the dog or pup, and we will respond to this form via our email.
We will then request to complete a yard check, or for you to send in photos of your yard showing the fencing, space, shelter and any hazards etc, to confirm it is safe and secure, as well as adequate space for a working breed dog.
Following this, we will then put you in touch with the dog/s foster carer/s that you are interested in, to chat further over the phone, about whether the dog is a good fit for your family, and vice versa. We are searching for the perfect match for each dog and their needs. We offer interstate adoption on all of our dogs.
