Meet Stormy 😍
A week ago I got this beautiful calico lady to foster and I can say I am so in love!
Storm is 15 years old! She came into the care of @brighterfuturecatrescue after her owner had to surrender all her pets due to going into palliative care. She had stayed at one of our partner vets for a bit and had a thorough health check. You can tell she has been very loved and well looked after. Since coming into care a couple weeks ago she has lost some weight and we’re not sure if she wasn’t coping with the other foster cats or simply grieving her previous owner. Since my home is very quiet with just Pepi keeping to herself and Nova unbothered by the cats, Stormy seems to relax and enjoy the peace.
She is actually a very affectionate cat! She prefers to sleep in the human bed and climbs into my lap for some evening TV. Whoever adopts her and gets to share this little lady’s twilight years will be a very lucky person. Stormy is uncomplicated, friendly and sweet.
She has had all her vet work done and located in Cranebrook.

Adoption details
At Brighter Future Cat Rescue we adopt to indoor homes only or homes with suitable cat runs. All our cats and kittens have meet and greets. A 2 week trial period is given to ensure that they are ideal for your situation and lifestyle. All our cats come desexed, microchipped, first vaccination and their worming and flea treatment are up to date. We rescue our cats off the street and would think nothing worse that they be placed back there and in danger of the perils of modern day society.
