About Bruce
"Fish are friends, not food." And so are humans.
Meet Bruce, no not the shark, but this 10-month-old whirlwind of joy who's got more bounce than a kangaroo in a trampoline park. He's a firm believer in fun, spending 90% of his day in full-on play mode, chasing, climbing, zooming, and probably planning his next big adventure.
That remaining 10%? All about the love. Bruce will curl up and remind you that under all that energy is a sweet, affectionate guy who's just looking for his forever school of fish-err, family.
Bruce isn't just a solo act. He's great with other cats and dogs, and loves to play with his furry friends. He'll wrestle, romp, and race with the best of them, making him a perfect companion for a household that already has pets-or one that's looking to add a playful spark.
He's got the name of a shark but the heart of a kitten. Come meet Bruce, and prepare to be smitten.
To book a meet and greet with Bruce, please call the Bendigo Animal Relief Centre on 5441-2209 or email us at barcreception.com.au

Adoption details
BARC adoption officers will work with you to help you find a dog or cat that matches your needs, they will discuss things like yard fencing, exercise requirements, other pets and family members, lifestyle factors, and breed experience. To help make this as quick and easy as possible, we ask you complete and adoption questionnaire (located on our website, or you can complete on when you visit). This helps ensure that we are introducing you to the most suitable animals we have available.
We encourage all members of the household to attend a meet and greet with a pet prior to adopting an animal. If the animal being adopted is a dog, we will also require existing dogs in the household to attend the shelter as part of the meet and greet.
Holds can not be placed on animals over the phone, and can only be applied at the discretion of management.
