Franklin

Hi, my name is Franklin. I can be a little bit shy when I meet somebody new but that doesn't last long. Once I feel secure and relaxed I enjoy life. Meeting new doggo friends and being with my foster family make me happy. I'm not that big, coming up to an average humans knee. If you love to walk and take doggos for car rides then maybe we should meet.
