🐾 Personality: Dulcie May is as sweet as her name suggests – just like dulce de leche! This gentle cuddle bug is still building her confidence, but don’t let her shy moments fool you. Dulcie has a playful, curious spirit and absolutely lives for beach zoomies and sniffari adventures. She adores her foster siblings and loves a good game of tug-of-war or a cheeky wrestle. Whether she's exploring new scents or relaxing with her humans, Dulcie is happiest when she’s part of the action. She’s affectionate, gentle, and will quickly melt into your arms for cuddles.

🎓 Training: Dulcie is early in her training journey, but she’s already showing how eager and smart she is. She’s incredibly food motivated and picks up new skills quickly. Her lead walking is already impressive — she’s outshining her foster siblings! Dulcie is crate trained, sleeps peacefully overnight, and is very responsive to her humans. She’s even been a great little running partner! She's been gentle and sweet with kids aged 5 and up and is a delight to have around.

🏠 Perfect Home: Dulcie would thrive in a home that can continue to nurture her confidence with kindness, patience, and positive reinforcement. She will do best in a home with another friendly, confident dog who can show her the ropes and help her continue to come out of her shell. She’d love a family who enjoys getting outdoors and is happy to include her in the daily routine. With a little continued training, gentle guidance, and lots of love, Dulcie is going to blossom into the most wonderful companion.
