Fun times are ahead for the lucky person who invites Pretzel into their life!
This happy and hilarious girl is an expert conversationalist, meowing to say hello or let you know when it’s time for a snack or a game. (She definitely believes everyone's talking the same language - pausing for your reply, then chiming in again as if she totally understands. It’s like living with a tiny, furry roommate who always has something to say!) She’s also a major smooch who adore cuddles and the company of her favourite humans.
A calm home without too much noise or bustle would be best for Pretzel, helping her to feel secure and allowing her sweet, loving nature to shine through!
Like all Maggie's pets, Pretzel is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: ... will be cosy and peaceful, with a stable routine. I don't like constant visitors or unfamiliar faces. A relaxed environment where things stay mostly the same day-to-day helps me feel safe and secure.
With new people and situations, I prefer to keep my distance at first and may hide until I feel settled - but once I do, I'm affectionate, chatty, and charming! A patient human or humans who'll love me for me and let me get comfortable at my own pace would be wonderful :)
MY ENERGY LEVEL: I’m full of beans in the mornings and evenings - that’s when I love to chase toys, explore, and show off my fun side! During the day I prefer to nap and relax, occasionally popping over for a cuddle or some attention. I’ve got a great balance of playfulness and calm, and I always make time for snuggles - but I will need a few interactive play sessions each day to stay happy and active.
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: I'll be a good match for kind older children (ideally 8+) who understand my need for patience and personal space.
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: No dogs please - I'm not a fan of their unpredictability, and barking or sudden movements might upset me.
As for other cats, I’m not quite sure yet. I might be open to making a feline friend with a slow and gentle introduction, but I’d also be purrfectly happy as your one-and-only pet!

We ask all people looking to adopt to fill in our adoption enquiry form at https://form.jotform.co/92940837256870. Please use this link rather than the 'Enquire' button on the pet's PetRescue profile to streamline your enquiry.
Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two-week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
