About Diesel
Meet Diesel, affectionately known as Deezy, a gentle staffy mix who is constantly seeking warmth and affection. At five years young, Diesel embodies the perfect blend of maturity and playful charm, always ready to start a lifelong journey with a loving family. This cuddle pot thrives on love and attention, making him a delightful companion for those who cherish affection and enjoy an engaging and loyal canine companion.
Diesel's gentle nature stems from a past that has left him a bit timid around other dogs. Given this, he's best suited as an only dog or with a female doggy friend who's calm and understanding. Though untested with cats and pocket pets, Diesel's nurturing side shows that he may make a good companion in the right circumstances. Deezy is more than ready to open his heart and embrace a new chapter filled with love and care.
One of Diesel's favourite activities is riding in the car, where he seems to enjoy the feeling of the wind on his face and the adventure of new sights and sounds. Urban life could certainly suit him as long as he's near someone he adores. And while Diesel may feel a bit timid around new doggy friends, his heart is strong; he's heartworm negative as well as vaccinated and wormed, ready to thrive in the love of a family who'll ensure his world is filled with security and joy. Adoption details
Once you are ready to adopt, please complete the Promising Paws Adoption Application questionnaire below. This is not a contract or agreement of any kind, just an expression of interest in the animal.
We will not authorise meets unless this has been completed and only approved applications may meet the dogs. Once you are approved and have submitted all relevant information, we will organise for you to meet the dog at your home or in a public place. If you have other animals they should please be at the meet.
Before applying, please consider and finalise the following: real estate approval, fence repair if needed, outside shelter areas and look into the dog's breed dietary requirements eg large breed vs medium breed.
*Same gender adoptions will not be considered. Same sex aggression is something at Promising Paws we will avoid. *
