About Vergil
Meet Vergil, a shy but incredibly sweet girl searching for a loving and patient family to call her own. This gentle cat may take her time to come out of her shell, but with a little patience and understanding, she blossoms into a loving companion. Her journey to trust is well worth the wait, rewarding you with her warm, affectionate nature.
Vergil is cat social and enjoys the company of other feline friends. Once she gets to know you, she'll shower you with cuddles and amaze you with her super big purrs. Her quiet elegance and soft presence create a tranquil vibe, making her the perfect addition to a harmonious home.
While Vergil is not yet sterilised, her sterilisation is covered by the adoption fee and will be conveniently scheduled once she's settled into her new home. By providing her with the love and security she needs, Vergil is sure to become a cherished family member, brightening your days with her gentle purrs and tender moments of love.

Thank you for considering adopting from Jacaranda Cat Sanctuary! Our goal is to ensure each cat is matched with the right home for a happy, lifelong outcome. Here’s a quick overview of what to expect:
1. Submit an Expression of Interest
Start by completing your Expression of interest. Any additional information you can provide eg. Pets at home, will be super helpful. We may send you through our expression of interest form to answer any further questions onece your interest is received. This helps us understand your home environment, lifestyle, and preferences.
2. Chat with Our Team
We’ll get in touch for a friendly discussion to learn more about your household and answer any questions you may have about the cat you're interested in.
3. Meet and Greet
If it seems like a good fit, we’ll arrange a time for you to meet the cat either at the sanctuary or at their foster home. In some cases, we may suggest multiple visits to allow the cat to get comfortable.
4. Adoption Finalisation
Once approved, we’ll finalise the paperwork and adoption fee. All cats vaccinated, microchipped, flea and worm treated prior to adoption.
5. Ongoing Support
We’re here for you post-adoption too! If you ever need advice or help settling your cat in, we’re just a message away.
