About Karasu
Meet Karasu – a bold, beautiful tortie with a flair for drama!
Named after the Japanese word for “crow,” Karasu was once a sleek tiny black kitten. But as she’s grown, her true colours have emerged – she’s a stunning tortoiseshell with a personality as vibrant as her coat!
Karasu had a rough start to life, but you’d never know it now. From the moment she wakes up, she’s a whirlwind of energy and fun. Ring a bell? She’ll come running. Flash a laser? She’s already on the chase. Toss her a ball? Watch her play kitten-soccer like a pro.
Confident and cheeky, Karasu will happily play with guests and show off her skills. But when it comes to affection, she’s a bit of a tsundere – cool one moment, cuddly the next. She’s not keen on being picked up, but find the right chin-scratch spot and she might just purr like a tiny engine. With time, patience, and love, she’s sure to become even more affectionate.
Karasu is still growing and zooming her way through each day. If you’re after a lively, independent kitten with a big personality and endless charm, Karasu might be your perfect match.

Medical notes
Karasu was born with four other littermates. Unfortunately, the entire litter contracted giardia from their mama cat when neonates. Only Karasu and her mama survived. Karasu has recovered and is 100% healthy now and has no ongoing medical concerns.
During her spey, the vet found that her uterus was underdeveloped on one side. Therefore the procedure had to be performed on the opposite side. She has two incision scars from her spey.
