Meet Swiss,
Sweet little Swiss is a quiet soul with a heart full of affection. She’s a dainty girl who enjoys the comfort of a cozy bed and the safety of a calm environment. Though she isn’t the most playful kitten, she watches the world with wide, curious eyes and is slowly learning to explore. With a bit of time and a gentle hand, Swiss will warm up and show you just how precious she is. She would thrive in a peaceful home with kind, patient people who can help her continue to feel safe and loved. She’s soft, gentle, and absolutely precious.
Swiss would be suitable for most homes - but a quieter home may be just what she needs. She would make a great mate for kids and is open to meet children of any age - just as long as they are aware of her needs when it comes to interaction. She prefers a quieter approach - just until she grows in confidence.
Just like all kittens, Swiss would love a cat tree to climb on and scratch, and as her confidence grows, an assortment of toys to play with. She should be fed kitten food multiple times a day to ensure that she grows up big and strong. Swiss is already litter trained, but it’s best to show her where the litter tray is when you get home to minimise any accidents.
If you’ve got other animals at home, that’s okay, just make sure that they have a slow & controlled introduction.

With all animals it’s important to understand that going into a new environment with new people may not be as flawless as we want it to be. It’s important to know that these animals have unknown histories. Most left in the shelter by their owners. The information we receive is from observing the animal’s behaviours & reactions to certain stimuli whilst in our care. Adopted animals can take up to 3 months to properly decompress from post-shelter life & a lot of behaviours & quirks will surface during this time. All that we ask is that their new owners have an open mind & are patient.
So please keep in touch with us after adoption so that we can help you settle your new family member in and address any unexpected behaviours.
