About Rex
Hi there, my name's Rex and I am a loyal and lovable kelpie boy.
I get on well with other dogs, I love to run and play and adventure with my foster sibling.
I really am very clever and enjoy learning new things and my foster family say I am beautiful to have around.
I have my basic training down - I can sit, stay, and wait patiently for my dinner but will need a family who is willing to continue my training.
I have great recall and come every time you call me! I walk perfectly on the lead and like to investigate new smells on my walks and love to stop and chat with other dogs.
I love my daily walks, runs and obedience training, and am looking for my very own forever family who will continue my regular mental and physical stimulation required for my breed.
While I am an energetic fella, I have a great off switch and do enjoy chilling out with a nice juicy bone or fun toy and belly rubs.
Most importantly I need a family of my own who will include me in their daily lives. Ideally, that family will be active and understand how amazing working dogs enrich your daily life.

Adoption details
To apply to adopt a dog from Dogs4Jobs, you must firstly complete our adoptions application form in full at http://dogs4jobs.com.au/adoption-form/.
You can also write out your answers and email them to dogs@dogs4jobs.com.au
*Please note, due to the high volume of applications received, we will not respond to Petrescue chat messages, or enquiries to adopt a dog. You must complete our adoptions form to be considered for the dog or pup, and we will respond to this form via our email.
We will then request to complete a yard check, or for you to send in photos of your yard showing the fencing, space, shelter and any hazards etc, to confirm it is safe and secure, as well as adequate space for a working breed dog.
Following this, we will then put you in touch with the dog/s foster carer/s that you are interested in, to chat further over the phone, about whether the dog is a good fit for your family, and vice versa. We are searching for the perfect match for each dog and their needs. We offer interstate adoption on all of our dogs.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
