About Fifi
Meet Fifi , the gorgeous and sassy senior girl with a whole lot of Cuteness!
Fifi is a 12 year and 5 month old Pug x Poodle
Fifi has come into care from a private surrender.
If you’re looking for a low-maintenance snuggle bug with a big heart and a quirky streak, Fifi might just be your perfect match. This 12-year-old Pug x Poodle mix may have some years under her belt, but don’t let that fool you.
Fifi's still got a bit of zoom in her step and a sparkle in her eye. With her small frame, adorable coat, and a habit of rubbing her nose on the couch (we're not sure why, but it’s become her signature move), Fifi is equal parts funny and endearing.
Fifi is a seasoned house companion who knows her way around indoor living.
She’s perfectly toilet trained, happily using puppy pad mats or heading outside through the doggy door like a pro.
While she’s not the biggest fan of crates, she will tolerate one if she has to, though she’d much rather be curled up on a soft bed or even better, the couch. She’s not picky, really. A mat, a dog bed, your lap, wherever she lands, she’ll make herself at home.
Fifi currently weighs 8.8kgs
Though generally a calm and sedate lady, Fifi still gets a little pep in her step when her humans come home and occasionally enjoys a bit of a gallop around the yard with her doggy housemates.
She’s sociable with dogs her own size or smaller, and while she finds puppies a bit annoying (can you blame her?), she’s the tolerant type and won’t make a fuss.
Her experiences with larger dogs and cats are unknown, but she has a friendly nature that suggests she’d fit in well with most gentle souls.
Fifi has been previously living with small children with no issue but would be more than happy to live a quiet life without them.
Fifi is currently part of a multi-dog household and handles solo time like a champ, snoozing the day away while her humans are at work. At night, she tucks herself into a pen shared with other dogs, settling on her own bed like the dignified lady she is. Her favorite spots during the day are wherever she can laze in comfort, be it a sunny patch on the floor, a cozy corner of the couch, or a conveniently placed dog bed.
Walks? Yes, please! Fifi enjoys getting out and about and does well on a lead, though her stamina hasn’t been tested extensively, let’s just say she’s more of a meanderer than a marathoner. She’s also a fan of the simple things in life: a good cuddle, a warm patch of sun, and a nice scratch behind the ears. She's easily won over with treats, praise, and a gentle pat, and while she can be a bit particular about her meals, her sweet nature makes up for any mealtime pickiness.
And while she’s been debarked in the past (yes you read that right), Fifi doesn’t let that stop her from trying. She’s still got a lot to say, even if it comes out in whispers. Her personality is as charming as her occasional sneezes, and she’s just the kind of calm, affectionate presence that can light up a quiet home.
Fifi is looking for a retirement home where she can soak up love, share gentle moments, and maybe have a few soft toys to inspect or a fellow small dog to nap beside. She’s the perfect blend of snoozy companion and mild adventurer, a little old lady with a heart full of love, and maybe just a touch of mischief.

Approved applicants will be contacted to arrange a time for a meet & greet via email.
