About Holly
Holly is currently in foster care at Mannus Correctional Centre, NSW.
Meet Holly, a delightful Dachshund with a lively personality and a heart full of love! At eight years old, Holly is the epitome of a happy and confident canine companion, with a gentle demeanor that endears her to everyone she meets. Despite her small stature, she exudes a spirited presence and is always ready for her daily walk.
Holly is excellent on a lead, making her walk alongside a pleasure. She's a social butterfly in the dog world, welcoming the company of other dogs with open paws and a wagging tail. Her lively nature is balanced with her love for treats and shows of affection from her human companions. She is content to settle down next to you on the couch, especially after her rewarding playtime.
While Holly isn't particularly fond of cats, preferring to bark and chase them, she is a gentle girl when it comes to people and dogs. Her ideal environment is one where she can enjoy the companionship of dog-loving humans and perhaps a fellow dog or two.
Holly will thrive in a home that can match her energy with love and attention, keeping her both physically and mentally engaged. If you're seeking a fun-loving, affectionate, and confident four-legged friend, Holly is the ideal furry companion to welcome into your family!

Adoption details
Our adoption process is easy. You will receive a application for the animals you are interested in. Please full that in and send it back to us.
Even though you may be first to message, this does not always guarantee you will be chosen to adopt. By no means do we run on a "first in, first served basis". We aim to ensure that our animals are adopted into the most suitable home for them and the new family.
With all our animals, we go on what our vet has told us and what we believe the breed and age to be. We never guarantee the breed or age but take the best educated guess.
Please note: Our shelter is located in the Snowy Mountains. We are a 5 hour drive from Sydney and Melbourne and 2 to 3 hours from Canberra.
