About Bunny
Hi friends, I’m Bunny 💗
I’m officially on the lookout for my forever family. 🐶💛 I came into care just before Easter — I didn’t have a name, no one had claimed me, and I was in pretty rough shape. That’s how I got my name Bunny — and also because when I get excited, I do the sweetest little bunny hops! 🐰
When I arrived, I was underweight, my skin was sore, my coat was dull, my teeth weren’t great, and I smelled... The vet said it looked like I’d been a mum many times before. I had no microchip and no one was looking for me.
But then everything changed. I was welcomed into a loving foster home where I’ve been able to rest, recover, and blossom. I now have soft beds, high-quality food, and most importantly — people who care about me. I’ve been fully vetted and I’m now feeling healthy, happy, and hopeful.
✨ Here’s what’s made the biggest difference:
The seven-year-old human in my foster home. She’s my favourite thing in the world. She plays with me, snuggles me, and has shown me what it means to be loved. Her friends visit too, and they all love me — and I love them right back! I’d really love a forever home with kids.
🐕 I also live with two large dogs and I love being part of a pack. I share beds, food, toys — and I love a good play session. I would love to have a canine sibling in my new home (but I’d also be fine as your one-and-only if you have lots of time for me).
🧠 I’ve started formal training and I’m doing so well. I already know how to sit, stay and come, I’m house trained, I love the car, and I’m very eager to please. I recently worked with a professional trainer who said I’m a “great dog” — affectionate, intelligent and responsive. I would thrive with someone who will keep guiding me.
💫 Bunny’s Ideal Home:

👧 Kids are very welcome (I live with a 7-year-old and love her!)
🐶 Dog-friendly — would love another calm, playful dog
🎓 Someone willing to continue my training and confidence building
