Hi friends, my name is Roxy 💗

I’m a one-year-old bundle of joy with a heart full of love and a zest for life.

I’m on the lookout for a best friend—a human companion who will cherish me as much as I will them. Could that be you?
Though my life is amazing now, my early days were tough—I was kept on a chain outside, longing for affection. But thanks to a kind-hearted person and the wonderful folks at GVPAR, I’m now thriving in foster care.

I’m a quick learner and eager to please. With the help of my foster family and a dedicated trainer, I’ve mastered walking on a Halti, coming when called, and sitting on command. I’m also house-trained and crate-trained, making me a well-mannered companion.

I adore human attention and get along famously with other dogs. Playtime with my doggy siblings is the highlight of my day! I’ve even met some cats and wouldn’t mind sharing my home with a feline friend, provided they’re dog-friendly.

Children are a new experience for me, but I’ve had sleepovers with kids aged five and up and found them delightful—especially when they share their snacks!

In the evenings, I love cuddling on the couch, and occasionally, I sneak into my foster family’s bed for extra snuggles. When my humans are away, I enjoy staying in the yard with my doggy pals or attending doggy daycare at Nathalia Boarding Kennels and Cattery, where I can romp around with lots of other dogs.
