2. Do you understand the adoption fee helps to cover their necessary medical costs/other expenses and also to support other animals in our care and that it is NON-NEGOTIABLE?

3. Could you provide a background check, including the number of household members, ages, occupations, and homeownership status?

4. Could you disclose any other animals currently residing with you, along with their personalities?

5. Do you have experience with this type of breed, or done a well research about it?

6. Are you familiar with the long-term responsibilities of dog ownership, including training requirements and willing to give Timmy & Tessa the time needed to settle in your home?

7. How many hours will Timmy & Tessa be left alone each day, and who will assume responsibility for them during your absences or holiday periods?

8. Are you in a position to provide Timmy & Tessa quality veterinary care and nutritious food?

9. Will Timmy & Tessa live indoors with outdoor access? Please describe their proposed sleeping arrangements.

10. In case of a change in circumstances, will you reach out to us for assistance?
