About Alvin
Alvin is the kind of cat who knows how to strike a balance - part cuddle bug, part curious explorer, and always 100% charming.
He's the first to greet you at the door (just in case you brought snacks), and he has a real talent for making people smile. Alvin brings a little sunshine to every day.
Alvin's personality is easy to love, he's affectionate without being clingy, playful without being wild, and always up for a bit of attention. He might tap you gently when you stop petting him... and who could blame him? He's got love to give and isn't shy about asking for it.
He'd be happiest in a home where he gets a mix of playtime and downtime - and where someone appreciates just how funny and lovable he is.

Adoption details
BARC adoption officers will work with you to help you find a dog or cat that matches your needs, they will discuss things like yard fencing, exercise requirements, other pets and family members, lifestyle factors, and breed experience. To help make this as quick and easy as possible, we ask you complete and adoption questionnaire (located on our website, or you can complete on when you visit). This helps ensure that we are introducing you to the most suitable animals we have available.
We encourage all members of the household to attend a meet and greet with a pet prior to adopting an animal. If the animal being adopted is a dog, we will also require existing dogs in the household to attend the shelter as part of the meet and greet.
Holds can not be placed on animals over the phone, and can only be applied at the discretion of management.
