Meet Calcifer - A Gentle Soul Ready to Bloom

Calcifer is a shy and timid little boy who's slowly coming out of his shell more each day. He's a purring machine who loves to be near you, even if pats still make him nervous. With time, patience, and reassurance, we believe he'll learn to love affection.

Sometimes he'll cry out for attention-or just because-but it's all part of his sweet and quirky charm. He loves to nap in a cozy pet bed under the couch with his siblings and has recently started suckling on his brother for comfort, so a soft teddy might help him feel secure.

Calcifer was born in the shelter and raised in foster care by a very loving catmumma. He's grown up surrounded by care and is now ready to find a home of his own.

He adores all toys-towers, scratch pads, you name it-and will happily lounge with or play alongside them. A big fan of wet food and treats, he's easy to win over with a tasty snack.

Calcifer could go home with respectful children, though a quieter home with a young adult or gentle family may suit him best. With love and time, he could blossom into a snuggly, loyal companion.
