Mei-Ling

Mei-Ling is a delightful young Border Collie mix who relishes being around her humans. She loves to be involved in everything you do, but can entertain herself. She would love a home with a patient and caring owner who will train and build her confidence as she can be scared by loud noises.

Mei-Ling is a very smart girl who has high mental and physical requirements. She will be a loving and loyal companion and would love to be the right-hand girl of an active and dedicated owner. She can be destructive when her exercise needs are not met and she becomes bored.

She has been in foster care with a large male dog, but is not confident around other dogs and can be reactive when she sees them. As Mei-Ling also displays some resource guarding around her foster carer and food, her new owner will need to be confident and have the skills to manage this behaviour and support Mei-Ling to become her best.
