About Spud
Meet Spud – A loveable, playful cuddlebug
Spud is listed as a Kelpie X (maybe Rottweiler? Pointer?) Who knows but he’s 100% good boy!
If you're looking for a sweet, goofy, and loyal companion, Spud is the missing piece of your heart.... and
couch. This handsome young guy is a delightful mix of energy and affection – the perfect balance of playful pup and cuddle buddy without being too much of either. Spud is instantly friendly with everyone he meets and quickly settled into his foster home with ease.
Why you'll love Spud
Knows his basic commands (sit is his specialty!)
Loves going for a walk where he gets to work on lead manners
Mastering toilet training
Loves cuddles, belly rubs, and ear scratches – the more affection, the better
Gets along great with other dogs – he’d love a fur sibling!
Smart and eager to learn – he’s currently expanding his trick list and loving it!
Spud is 8 months old and currently weighs around 23kg so he’s still a baby at heart with loads of
potential. He’d thrive in a loving home that can offer ongoing training, playtime and exercise and of course, patience. He is super food motivated which makes training easy and fun – wave one biscuit in front of Spud and you’ll have his undivided attention!
Give this gorgeous boy a chance and he’ll give you a lifetime of love (and licks!)

If successful, you would be contacted by phone, where we will talk about your enquiry and potentially organise a meet and greet between you/ your dogs/ your family and the potential candidate
From there, you can either take your animal with you if the meet and greet was successful and their vet work has been completed- or if the vet work hasn't been completed, you must wait until it's finished before taking your new friend home which will be organised between yourself and the foster carer.
Every animal has a 2 week trial period.
