About Yeti
LOCATED IN PERTH
Hi! I’m Yeti, and I’m pure joy on four legs.
I love people and other dogs, and I just want to be part of the action. I follow my favourite person around to make sure I don’t miss the good times. Going to the bin? I’m coming. Going for a shower? On my way. Moving to the other side of the room? On it.
I love wrestling and playing with my foster siblings. But all wrestling stops if there are cuddles to be had, oh boy, do I love cuddles. I will sit on your lap and smooch for as long as you will let me. If you want to really spoil me, pick me up and give me a cuddle, another of my favourite things! Lucky I’m only a small to medium sized boy.
My other favourite thing is going for walks. My foster mum says I’m pretty good on the lead, though does say I dawdle, whatever that means. I enjoy taking my time, looking out for treasure to pick up on the way.
I’ve started to learn some basic commands, like sit, shake and stay. I’m a bit enthusiastic and like to celebrate with a jump after I do it right, but I’m working on that. I’ve made huge gains with my manners. I’m still a bit bouncy, but not too bad for someone who had no boundaries for the first 10 months of life.
Another favourite thing of mine is chewing. I try to keep it to toys, although sometimes I forget. If a sock or coaster is left out, surely it was left for me? My most favourite, favourite thing to chew is toilet rolls. Oh boy, what a treat!
I used to have some sores and bald patches, but they have cleared up and my brown and black spots have come through. My foster mum thinks I’m the most handsome boy who is going to make my new family so happy. I can’t wait to meet you!

4 THINGS TO CONSIDER BEFORE APPLYING:
1. Time Commitment: Owning a dog is a big responsibility and requires a significant commitment of time and energy. Be sure to consider how much time you can realistically dedicate to caring for a dog and make sure you are prepared to make that commitment.
2. Cost: Owning a dog can be expensive. Make sure to consider the cost of food, medical care, toys, and other supplies. You may also want to think about enrolling your dog in obedience classes or hiring a professional dog walker.
3. Space: Depending on the breed, some dogs require a lot of space. Make sure you have enough room in your home and yard to accommodate a dog before making the decision to adopt.
4. Lifestyle: Think about your current lifestyle and how a dog may fit into it. Consider if you have any restrictions such as travel, work hours, or allergies. Also, think about how owning a dog may affect your social life.
NOTES:
Adoption fee includes vet check, first vaccination*, flea and worm treatment, microchipping and sterilisation at a SAFE approved vet at 6 months of age.
