☕ Hi, I'm Coffee – and I'm brewed for snuggles!

You know that warm, comforting feeling you get with your first sip of coffee? That’s me – in dog form! I’m a certified cuddle blend, always ready to pour affection into any unsuspecting human. I don’t just like cuddles… I live for them!

By night, I’m a sleepy snuggle buddy with my foster brother. But once the sun rises? It’s go-time! My days are filled with full-bodied fun – think wrestling matches and tug-of-war tournaments. I bring bold energy, balanced by sweet moments of calm.

I'm currently fostered in a loving home through SAFE Newman, where I’m learning what it means to live with love and structure. You see, my first 10 months were a bit of a free-pour – no boundaries, just vibes. So I’m still mastering my manners, but I’ve already made great strides (especially on the lead!) and I’m keen to learn more. A patient, experienced adopter who can guide me gently will help me become the best version of myself.

When it comes to other dogs, I’m a bit selective – I can get along with older dogs, but I don’t love being bossed around. I’d do best with a more submissive companion.

4 THINGS TO CONSIDER BEFORE APPLYING:

1. Time Commitment: Owning a dog is a big responsibility and requires a significant commitment of time and energy. Be sure to consider how much time you can realistically dedicate to caring for a dog and make sure you are prepared to make that commitment.

2. Cost: Owning a dog can be expensive. Make sure to consider the cost of food, medical care, toys, and other supplies. You may also want to think about enrolling your dog in obedience classes or hiring a professional dog walker.

3. Space: Depending on the breed, some dogs require a lot of space. Make sure you have enough room in your home and yard to accommodate a dog before making the decision to adopt.

4. Lifestyle: Think about your current lifestyle and how a dog may fit into it. Consider if you have any restrictions such as travel, work hours, or allergies. Also, think about how owning a dog may affect your social life.

NOTES:
Adoption fee includes vet check, first vaccination*, flea and worm treatment, microchipping and sterilisation at a SAFE approved vet at 6 months of age.

*Puppies and dogs may require further vaccination(s) to complete the full vaccination course. This will be at the cost of the new owner and is not included in the adoption fee.
