Maple and Belle are two beautiful 5-year-old Kelpie sisters bursting with energy, love, and loyalty. These fit and active ladies are looking for a fresh start - preferably together, but also happy to take on life independently in a home that understands their breed and can keep up with their spirited zest for life.

🌿 Superb Companions - These girls are incredibly well-mannered, both on and off the lead. They walk beautifully at heel, have outstanding recall, and are respectful of each other's space.
💞 True Bond - Maple and Belle get along seamlessly. There's no rivalry between them - just a deep friendship built on trust and shared adventures. Belle is certainly more outgoing when it comes to making new friends and would be suited to find a home with another canine friend other than Maple. Maple on the other hand, would seek an only dog home, if not staying with Belle.

Adoption details
BARC adoption officers will work with you to help you find a dog or cat that matches your needs, they will discuss things like yard fencing, exercise requirements, other pets and family members, lifestyle factors, and breed experience. To help make this as quick and easy as possible, we ask you complete and adoption questionnaire (located on our website, or you can complete on when you visit). This helps ensure that we are introducing you to the most suitable animals we have available.
We encourage all members of the household to attend a meet and greet with a pet prior to adopting an animal. If the animal being adopted is a dog, we will also require existing dogs in the household to attend the shelter as part of the meet and greet.
Holds can not be placed on animals over the phone, and can only be applied at the discretion of management.
