Meet Humphrey - a big, goofy sweetheart with a heart full of love and a face often dunked in his water bowl! This gentle giant has had some basic training-he knows how to sit, lie down, and shake-and with his love of food, he's a great candidate for learning even more. Humphrey thrives on daily exercise, enrichment, and mental stimulation. He's dog-social and enjoys the company of friendly dogs, though he can be a bit overwhelmed by rough or pushy playmates. A calm, social dog friend could be a great match. Humphrey does get a little anxious when left alone, so he'll need an adopter who can help him settle with enrichment, toys, and possibly the companionship of another dog. Best suited to a home with older children who are confident around large dogs, Humphrey can forget his size but is always gentle. He's ready to bring lots of fun, love, and loyalty to his forever home!
