Dash

Dash got her name the day she was rescued - found tucked under the dashboard of a car, trying to escape some overly curious (and not so feline friendly) canines. She's been through a lot in her short life, and she’s looking for a special human who understands that good things take time.
 
Dash isn’t your typical lap cat - in fact, she’s a bit of a heart you have to earn, a bit more spice than sugar at times. She’s cautious at first, preferring to observe from a safe distance. But with patience, kindness, and a generous supply of kitty crack (those paste in a tube treats), she’ll start to reveal her softer side. You might even be rewarded with a gentle smooch, a head boop, or the honour of giving her a scratch behind the ears - when she decides the moment is right.
 
Dash loves:

- Chatting with her people (she’s quite the conversationalist)
- Relaxing in her hammock
- Hanging out with her feline foster sibling
- Having personal space and a predictable routine

Dash doesn’t love:

- Rambunctious dogs (hard pass)
- Loud or chaotic households
- Being rushed into affection

The Ideal Home - Dash is looking for a calm, cat savvy home with:
- No dogs
- No children under 13
- Another friendly cat (bonus points if they're chill and respectful)
- A human who’s patient, gentle, and happy to let her set the pace

She’s not high maintenance, just particular and who can blame her? Trust is her love language, and when she gives it, it’s magic.
