Are you looking to adopt a cat knowing you’ll be giving a home to someone who hasn't had many chances in life?
If yes, then meet Angelina.
Angelina is a stunning dilute calico girl with a gentle soul who has a special way to show her love once you get to know her.
Angelina spent her early life as a caged breeding cat and has been in foster care for a few years. In her foster home, she doesn’t like pats, cuddles, or being picked up, but once she knows you, she’ll show her love in quiet ways such as by sitting nearby, keeping you company, and watching the world with quiet contentment. Her trust is reserved for those she truly loves, and that makes it all the more special.
Angelina is surprisingly playful when she feels safe. Toy mice and rolling balls are her favourites, especially if she can flip them into the air and pounce like a little hunter. While she may never be a lap cat, she has sweet ways of connecting: meowing for attention (or to lodge a complaint!), rolling on her back to show her cute side, and always making her presence known.
Angelina would thrive in a calm, quiet home with patient humans who respect her boundaries and celebrate her progress. She’s cat-friendly, but not suited to homes with dogs, and due to her love of calm, would do best in an adult or teenage-only household.
If you understand that love comes in many forms, and you’re ready to offer a peaceful home to a cat who needs time and space, Angelina might be the one for you. She may never be a lap cat, but she’ll be a loyal shadow who brings quiet contentment to your days.

Adoption details
Please email us at adoptions@heartandsoulrescue.com.au if you are interested in adopting one of our precious souls, and we will email you our Adoption Application Form.
Once we have received your completed form, we will then contact you to discuss suitability. If we feel one of our cats or kittens will be suited to you, we will arrange a home visit or ask for a short walk-through video of your home. If all goes well, we will give you a *trial period of 2 weeks to see if our cat or kitten is the right one for you 💕 *Conditions apply - We reserve the right to reject a full refund if recommendations & requests regarding your new cat/kitten have not been adhered to
