This handsome black boy would thrive in a calm, quiet home where he can relax and feel safe. He adores gentle pats and cuddles, and when he’s feeling especially affectionate, he’ll come trotting over as soon as you call him. He might not be a fan of being picked up and carried around (can you blame him?), but he’s got a heart of gold and not a mean bone in his body.

Jay’s playful side is easy to bring out. He’s a big fan of chasing the laser pointer and even enjoys a game of fetch (yes, really!). When he gets going, he’ll keep you entertained with his funny antics.

Jay is currently living happily with other cats and would be fine joining a home with a friendly feline. He hasn’t been tested with dogs, and we think a dog-free home would suit him best. However, given time, he might learn to share the space with a calm, non intrusive, cat friendly dog. Because of his gentle nature and preference for a calm environment, Jay is best suited to an adult or teenage-only household.
