Meet Panda – Your Little Shadow and Zen Sidekick
Introducing Panda, an 8-week-old Domestic Medium Hair kitten with a sleek, all-
black coat and a heart full of love. Don’t let his dark colouring fool you – this little guy is a bright spark with a thoughtful soul.
Panda is a true observer – a quiet thinker who watches the world with wise little
eyes. He’s a Zen master in a kitten’s body, always ready to curl up beside you and
enjoy a calm moment together. Whether you're reading, watching TV, or just
relaxing, Panda will be right there, your little companion in peace and purrs.
He adores people and loves nothing more than to sit with you, soaking up your
company. Panda would thrive in a home where someone is around at least part of
the time – he’s a social soul and would also enjoy having a furry friend for company.
He’s incredibly friendly, healthy and affectionate, and all he wants is a person (or
people!) to love.
Sadly, black kittens are often overlooked in rescue, but we promise – Panda is a
hidden gem. Give this beautiful boy a chance and he’ll reward you with a lifetime of
snuggles, love, and calm companionship.
Panda can be adopted on his own or together with one of his equally adorable
siblings – Stripey or Moo Moo.

Panda is in foster care in Adamstown Heights. His adoption fee is $250 which includes his first vaccination, microchipping and desexing. Since he is not yet desexed, he is only available for adoption to the Lower Hunter region (Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Port Stephens, Maitland and Cessnock) plus Central Coast and Sydney. He will need to be returned to one of our approved vets for desexing.

2️⃣ Home Check
If your application is approved, we’ll arrange a quick home check to ensure a safe and suitable environment for your future pet.
3️⃣ Meet & Greet
Once the home check is complete, you’ll get to meet your potential new family member—usually at the foster carer’s home.
4️⃣ Final Steps: Adoption & Trial Period
If it’s a perfect match, you’ll complete the adoption, make the payment, and start your two-week trial period to ensure the best fit for everyone!
