About Sandy
Meet Sandy - Your Laid-Back Kelpie Companion!
Sandy - a stunning, gentle, and easygoing Kelpie girl who is ready to find her forever home. At 5 years old, Sandy has the perfect balance of playful energy and calm companionship. She's past the puppy chaos but still full of life, love, and loyalty.
Sandy is a dream on the lead, has impeccable recall, and is always eager to please. Her favorite game? Fetch! She'll happily bring the toy back every time, tail wagging and ready for more. While she loves to stay active, Sandy doesn't need a marathon runner - just someone who can keep her mentally stimulated and engaged with fun games and quality time.
This sweet girl thrives in an inclusive, loving home. Whether you have kids, other dogs, or it's just you - Sandy just wants to be everyone's friend. She's social, affectionate, and happiest when she's part of the family action.
If you're looking for a loyal, easy-going, and affectionate companion who's always up for a cuddle or a quick game in the yard, Sandy might just be your perfect match.
Could you be Sandy's forever person? Come meet this beautiful soul and let her melt your heart.

Adoption details
BARC adoption officers will work with you to help you find a dog or cat that matches your needs, they will discuss things like yard fencing, exercise requirements, other pets and family members, lifestyle factors, and breed experience. To help make this as quick and easy as possible, we ask you complete and adoption questionnaire (located on our website, or you can complete on when you visit). This helps ensure that we are introducing you to the most suitable animals we have available.
We encourage all members of the household to attend a meet and greet with a pet prior to adopting an animal. If the animal being adopted is a dog, we will also require existing dogs in the household to attend the shelter as part of the meet and greet.
Holds can not be placed on animals over the phone, and can only be applied at the discretion of management.
