Meet this incredibly smart and spirited Kelpie x Border Collie boy, a beautiful mix of intelligence, energy, and heart. He thrives on activity and absolutely loves to run, play fetch, and show off his impressive range of tricks—sit, roll, jump, speak, and lay are just the beginning. The garden hose is one of his favourite things in the world, and he’ll happily entertain himself with water games for ages.

While he’s an active dog, he also has a sweet, softer side just waiting to be discovered by the right person. Has previously lived with young children (2 & 10 months) and is used to having someone around most of the time. That said, he handles alone time well, including overnight where he can comfortably hold his toileting for up to 10 hours.

Social with other dogs, he plays with enthusiasm and excitement, though his eagerness to engage can sometimes come across as leash reactivity. It’s not aggression—just overwhelming joy at the prospect of making new friends! He would benefit from a confident, patient person who can guide him to regulate his energy and show him that slowing down is okay too. He’s a bit jumpy for young kids, but great with adults. While he is sometimes wary of men who approach too quickly or forcefully, we really see him doing best with an energetic young man wanting a companion, or as a 2nd dog. Someone willing to start with gentle introductions , and who is willing to put in the time and give him space to shine. Tjis boy will reward you with unwavering loyalty, fun, and plenty of affection.
