Tequila came to us with minimal training, but her natural intelligence and eagerness to please make her a breeze to train. She is incredibly food-motivated, which is an asset for continued behavior training. Her new family should be committed to providing her with the guidance and consistency needed to unleash her full potential. With a little patience and lots of treats, Tequila will quickly become a well-mannered and loving companion.

Tequila is social with other dogs and even cats, though she sometimes exhibits occasional jealousy—a common trait for dogs who have experienced limited access to resources. However, her warm heart and openness to forming new canine friendships are evident once she feels secure.
